What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is healthcare that puts patients first. We treat you when you need it, never rush through appointments, and respect your health decisions.
DPC clinics don’t accept health insurance, rather we work directly with you by providing services at a low cash cost.

Labs, tests, and small procedure fees are billed separately (See service pricing). All per visit fees are due at time of visit.
Schedule a telemedicine appointment during office hours. (Non-members do not have access to Dr. Kohl’s cell or after hours calls.)
If you decide to become a member, your $135 will count as your first month’s membership fee for one person, if signing up during the same month.
